Why we founded HERO and our vision for the future of climate action.

We dream of a world where no one is left behind. A world in which we realize that the only way to find our purpose is by putting our time and talents at the service of others and the planet to build something bigger than ourselves.

Everyone, we believe, has the potential to become a mobilizer. We all have that inner power to look after each other. Even though we have been exposed for too long to an individualistic system that rewards selfishness, the time to look beyond ourselves has come and we must work as a collective to fight for our existence.

We founded HERO because we truly believe that justice, equality and sustainability are possible if everyone takes action. It is our mission to disrupt climate action by building an inclusive global network for the common good, one that will allow people to make their climate efforts financially sustainable over time despite their background and context. A platform to close the gap between mobilizers and supporters, both locally and globally, by introducing the HERO Coin, a financial vehicle that will allow mobilizers to get paid for their work and supporters to get rewarded for their involvement to fight together for a better future.

Despite the challenges and the lack of action from world leaders, we see an exciting future for climate action and the world. We see hope in the face of millions of mobilizers out there raising their voices, organizing, campaigning and shifting significant public policies worldwide. We see opportunities, ways, ideas, conversations and tools yet to be explored and millions of people out there with the potential to join this fight. Infinite possibilities to boost innovation through decentralization, tools and knowledge to accelerate change and solve the most pressing issues of our time.
